Training in effective performance management for teachers and school staff

The half day course will be a blend of information and activities to understand the purpose of appraisal and the role of the appraiser. By the end of the course the delegates will be able to:

  • Understand the context of performance management
  • Recognise the importance of performance management within school improvement
  • Understand the performance management cycle
  • Be equipped for evidence based reviews and setting appropriate objectives
